ZAND News today
Here is more news from Zandria which just assures me of the top notch
people they have working within the company.
LevelRed Wins Awards for Outstanding Production
SAN DIEGO – August 14, 2000 – LevelRed a new media aggregator focused
towards young men and women on life’s cutting edge and a project Company
of Zandria Corporation (OTC: BB ZAND) was honored last week with four
(4) Aegis Awards for outstanding video content.
The Aegis Awards, headquartered in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, were
founded nearly a decade ago by a group of independent producers and
directors. Previous Aegis winners, working professionals in the
television and video production industry, judge entries. Other past
Award winners include Microsoft, The Discovery Channel and Apple
Computer.
The LevelRed production company won one Aegis in the category of
Television News for a video piece entitled “Big Toe Band.” LevelRed also
was declared a finalist for two other video pieces in the Sports
category (both surfer profiles) and for the Drama/Entertainment field (a
musician/clothing designer profile). The honored videos are among
several other videos, which currently stream on www.levelred.com.
Three of the honored videos were produced and directed by then LevelRed
Executive Producer of Production, Steve Gibby who was recently promoted
to Vice President of Webcasting and Television for LevelRed. During a
twenty year career in television as a producer, director, editor, and
cameraman Mr. Gibby has contributed to over 500 youth-targeted
television programs which aired on ESPN, NBC, Fox, and Prime Sports
Network.
Mr. Gibby has shared in or received seven Telly awards, ten Aegis
awards, two regional Emmy awards, and two Communicator awards. He was
also notified last week of two additional Aegis awards (one Winner and
one Finalist) for Internet videos he produced and directed just before
joining LevelRed. For the past three years, Mr. Gibby has also been
producing dynamic rich media web sites, including the current LevelRed
web site.
“These fast-paced custom video pieces maintain a high interest level
among viewers,” observed Mr. Gibby. “ Now that we are also producing
exciting live Webcasts, our overall visual content is not only cutting
edge, but also helps viewers enjoy our web site for longer periods of
time. Our video-on-demand is a key element of our strategy to achieve
longer on-line visits. Both our current average of more than 15 minutes
per visit and these prestigious Aegis Awards will continue to increase
membership, which leads directly to greater revenue opportunities.”
LevelRed Video Editor, Doug Dunford, edited all four Aegis Award winning
videos. Mr. Dunford also produced and directed one of the pieces. He
joined LevelRed with extensive experience editing television programs,
music videos, and commercials and has received several previous awards
for outstanding editing.

I greatfully accept that position
I will do my best to keep this board orderly and allow everyone to voice their opinions. Attempts to disrupt or bash parties
here or the company that is not justified will be dealt with. I feel very strongly that Zandria Entertainment will build on its business plan to create and build revenue producing projects. To date www.levelred.com is off to a very good start. I will also
post soon a updated profile of the companies management team. I am also looking for more news and a steady flow of news
from the company which keeps the shareholders updated.
Thanks again.
Thunderbird,
I will put you in the Chairman spot as soon as our database guy gets back. He's out of town for a few days.
(It will be much easier than this eventually...!)

ZAND News Release
SOURCE:Zandria Corporation
LevelRed Partners with eMedia for Webcasting and Ecommerce Applications
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- LevelRed.com, Inc., a new media aggregator
aimed at young men and women on life's cutting edge and a project company of Zandria
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZAND) today announced the selection of eMedia
software for Webcasting and Ecommerce applications.
"One of the challenges Internet companies face is how to attract visitors who find enough
compelling reasons to return as members," explained Mike Howard, CEO of Zandria
Corporation. "Webcasting is a critical element of our strategy to achieve high numbers of
visitors and, consequently, increase membership. Webcasting may allow LevelRed to
develop a significant library of video that may be licensed for other media applications."
The Webcast stream is a proprietary package that is co-produced by eMedia and
LevelRed, and uses BAM3 interface technology. The next phase of the package is
planned to include an interface module that will allow retail shopping without interruption
of the video streaming.
>b>The first use of eMedia's software was at the successful LevelRed launch event on
August 5, 2000 in San Diego. Over 2,500 people attended the event that was produced
by LevelRed's revenue generating off-line event business unit.
A video archive of this event is planned for release (http://www.levelred.com) on August 8, 2000.
This was the first of four webcasts that LevelRed and eMedia are planning in the next month. The
others include the O'Neill/Lost Summer Surf Festival and LevelRed Concert Series in San Clemente,
California (Aug. 18-20), the Magic's Trade Show party at C2K at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas
(August 29), and the Ford/LevelRed Stage at San Diego's Street Scene (Sept. 8-10). As with the
August 5 launch event, the off-line event business unit is a revenue channel in LevelRed's business
model that is also intended to increase site membership and Ecommerce revenue.

innovative approaches that tie revenues to video streams at incredible scale. Poised to revolutionize
the on-demand broadband programming environment, eMedia's proprietary technology intelligently

Zandria's general business plan through LevelRed.com:
As yet, no other web site has found ultimate success targeting the most
highly sought consumers on the planet, those 18 to 34-year-olds with all the
money, time, and inclination to spend it on the Net. Zandria Corporation,
through its subsidiary, LevelRed.com, Inc. (LevelRed.com) plans to provides a
"one-place-entry" for this demographic, into an interactive community
tailored specifically to Now Generation interests. LevelRed.com plans to
track visitor information on users of its web site to compile an unparalleled
database with revenue potential that is both varied and massive.
What Propels LevelRed.com into the Forefront of Internet Opportunity?
There are currently 53.4 million people between the ages of 18 and 34 in the
US; 26.8 million of these are single. Their aggregate income by the year 2001
is projected to be $1.8 trillion. As an Internet-based lifestyle company,
LevelRed.com plans to be the first to specifically communicate with the Now
Generation in their voice, using their values, over the medium they dominate.
Although revenue should initially be generated through e-commerce,
advertising and sponsorship, the unmatched opportunity lies in the staggering
value of an intimate portrait of 18 to 34-year-olds who visit the site.
Having been over-stimulated their entire lives with a culture drenched in
sophisticated marketing, this consumer group has emerged as the greatest
challenge to marketers everywhere. An in-depth look into their unique
patterns should be of interest to any one who wants a piece of their
unbridled buying power and influence. Zandria, through LevelRed.com, believes
that it has developed the ability to sell them that tool.
How Will LevelRed.com Do It?
Distribution partnerships with various Internet portals are planned to be
part of an integrated marketing strategy that will also include off-line,
"night life" events, and targeted radio and print media. As traffic is
driven to LevelRed.com, an intense campaign will ensue to convert visitors
into members with "member-only" enticements such as free email, bulletin
board posting, personal publishing and web page hosting, personal calendars
and address books, and access to additional targeted content and information.
Rapidly evolving editorial content, developed by a world-class
journalism/editorial team and augmented by purchased content from niche
publications, should motivate a high frequency of return visits to the site.
Vicarious entry to local events, reported on by a network of local, Now
Generation freelancers, should impart an exclusivity to members that has not
really been experienced since the days of Studio 54.
As the anticipated dominance of LevelRed.com takes place, Zandria plans to
strategically expand its base of subsidiaries to include additional,
specifically targeted and complimentary web sites and investments - Â all the
while gathering the information marketers crave.
