LevelRed Partners with eMedia for Webcasting and Ecommerce Applications

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- LevelRed.com, Inc., a new media aggregator
aimed at young men and women on life's cutting edge and a project company of Zandria
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZAND) today announced the selection of eMedia
software for Webcasting and Ecommerce applications.

"One of the challenges Internet companies face is how to attract visitors who find enough
compelling reasons to return as members," explained Mike Howard, CEO of Zandria
Corporation. "Webcasting is a critical element of our strategy to achieve high numbers of
visitors and, consequently, increase membership. Webcasting may allow LevelRed to
develop a significant library of video that may be licensed for other media applications."

The Webcast stream is a proprietary package that is co-produced by eMedia and
LevelRed, and uses BAM3 interface technology. The next phase of the package is
planned to include an interface module that will allow retail shopping without interruption
of the video streaming.

August 5, 2000 in San Diego. Over 2,500 people attended the event that was produced
by LevelRed's revenue generating off-line event business unit.

This was the first of four webcasts that LevelRed and eMedia are planning in the next month. The
others include the O'Neill/Lost Summer Surf Festival and LevelRed Concert Series in San Clemente,
California (Aug. 18-20), the Magic's Trade Show party at C2K at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas
(August 29), and the Ford/LevelRed Stage at San Diego's Street Scene (Sept. 8-10). As with the
August 5 launch event, the off-line event business unit is a revenue channel in LevelRed's business
model that is also intended to increase site membership and Ecommerce revenue.
