Any reason why this is even trading?
Second alert from who or what organization??
All I see are links to past SEC filings and other bullshit posts.
Second alert on CHRI being severely delinquent in filing Financials and is at extreme risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation. The last 10Q was in 2013.

CHRI is on the list of delinquent filers:

1454 SEC Filers have been Suspended by the SEC for Financials delinquencies. The SEC Administrative Law Judge subsequently revoked the Registrations of each delinquent SEC Filer.

Thought of this scam stock today for the first time in over a year. I see it's continued to be dead here. Glad I sold way back when and kept some of my money!
Strange buying and movement today. Strange, but glad it was up.
I agree - any sign of life from CHRI would be appreciated at this point.
I spent a couple days last fall trying to track someone down to let us know what they're doing now -- all but wrote a snail mail letter or went to China. Nothing but dead ends from an English side of it, although I never did hear back from that guy they hired to do the media/promo blitz.
I'd have to look back at my notes, but I think they still have a couple years grace to pay the "annual" fees/file with Delaware. After that, that'll pretty much be the start of the end game and shut down of the stock.
I've got to believe they're still in business -- they were making money and were talking about doing a better job filing in English as well as Chinese. I'll probably dink around again trying to track someone down who knows something when I have some free time. Anything would get this rolling again.
Make that three of us.
I'm in the same boat as DC -- no need to sell at a huge loss and no harm in holding. If the company goes belly-up or delists, well then so be it. Probably slim-to-none this goes back to copper if they don't report ... but it could happen.
I agree no reason to buy more depending on where you bought -- too much more to pour in here to average down for me at least. But about twice a year for the last couple years there's been an alert/pump that goes out and it runs. Could be an out or flip for some depending on, like I said, the entry.
Fair enough, if you have shares by all means keep holding onto that off chance. But there is no reason to buy in or buy more shares of this company.
Far more likely that they just stopped reporting when the rules changed, and many small Chinese issuers decided that it was just too much work to comply with all the U.S. filing and reporting regs, and just went dark.
Some are coming back lately, and rather than take a huge loss, and sell for nearly nothing, it makes sense to me to wait and see whether CHRI decides to resume reporting. Not much to lose by holding at this point.
Looked this one up for the first time in months after selling for a big loss and you are absolutely correct, there is no reason to ever consider buying this stock and I honestly don't know how it still trades. Worst decision in stocks I have made with this one. And the thing is I bought in late 2011 when they had supposedly had 34 million in revenue and had 6.9m income and their stock price was 4 cents. Seemed way undervalued at the time but I now believe these numbers were completely false. Especially considering they dropped off the face of the planet and I can only assume they went bankrupt.
Hmmm... well this is a better direction yesterday and today...
Who would buy this Pos? There is nothing to it.
Looks like delisting already occurred
HBRM a real pop soon with CHRI operating under HBRM
Familiar traders here! Merger in making with HBRM for Kamasutra Vodka?
CHRI is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 7 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

I'd settle for even a smoke signal to let us know they're still around.
2014 was all MIA.
A little activity here, maybe a filing on the way??
Wouldn't that be a nice way to start 2015 for CHRI?
This held up much better than I figured.
That said, trying to be optimistic, which is one of the most difficult things to do with this stock- is there any chance at all that they switch to only reporting on a yearly basis, starting with this year?
'catching the bounce here...
Which is disappointing since if they were actually reporting, even if they weren't making any money, a pump might actually lead to something more sustained.
I got rid of all of my shares. The writing on the wall is too obvious.
GLTA
Truth. But still helluva lot more active than anything the MIA company has done in about a year.
Cool...another pump and dump...
This thing has already hit its high of the day and will drop from here. Same thing has happened several times in the couple years as it's the only time it ever goes up. As with the other pump and dumps, it always lands somewhere lower than it started. So the question is, where will it end up next week? I'm thinking somewhere in the .0005 (Trips!) to .001.
lol...Boom! Friday pump over! have a Great Weekend guys!
Must've been a good party last night. Everyone is still sleeping it of.
recieved two alerts - Stockhideout and Stockmench
hmmm - big volume too. Wonder what's up with CHRI?
Wake up gentlemen. This thing is running early.
Market makers have to buy regardless. That is their job. To take the opposite side of the trade.
Whenever I see that someone has bought this, I have to believe they've done no DD whatsoever. Sad really.
Yeah! Let's get out of and stay out of those 2s
October has arrived- 9 months since anything from the company. Giving them another another 3 months before cutting my losses.
Nice buy today.... would love to get some NEWS from these guys......
Alibaba could offer CHRI considerable credibility if it's supplements were being sold into the US market via the US version of an Alibaba web site? Could cause a real run here?
Nice. Hopefully that's a good sign of things to come. IPO was very interesting and fun to watch.
starting to see some signs of life in several Chinese small/micro cap stocks that I own, including CHRI.
Could it be some halo effect from the big BABA IPO?
Something tells me though that Weiss doesn't do much with CHRI any longer, but it's good to know the company is likely still in business however bad for us since it's so dead. PPBL will be an interesting watch next week after their RS. I'd have no issues with that occurring here too, at least it would be some signs of life.
Thanks, Bean Bag. Good additional info.
The China number was CHRI's that I was unable to get through to. But I had a different direct contact number for Weiss where I left a message. But it looks like we now have another option to track him down.
I'd think he's a man who checks messages and works on the weekend, so hopefully we hear something back. Would like to try and find an e-mail for him as well.
He may be our last US/English-speaking contact opportunity.
More Steven Weiss info with a phone number listed (China). Not sure if the number is unique:

Last year, he became PPBL's IR & Corporate Communications Consultant. Maybe he is doing both jobs?:

Down the rabbit hole we go.
Found a number for Steven Weiss -- he was supposed to be the company's head of its strategic financial marketing and investor relations program in the United States.
Went straight to voicemail, but I left a message explaining our outdated company contact info and asked him to return the phone call. Will look for an e-mail addy for him as well.
Anybody else have any leads?
