I know the drill! no information can legally be given out. HOWEVER, a generic, non specific answer, is better then no response at all. Especially with the amount of money I have invested in their company. Also, since I do stay on I-Hub all day every day, I did not see the post 124542.

Sorry, V, but we never saw that email. Company has a history of not replying to shareholder inquiries. Rball just typed something out in a new post, then claimed tech ignorance when someone, rightly, asked him to post the actual emal message.

I'm not sure how you continue to defend the indefensible. They are using OUR money. We own the company. We deserve to know what the hell they've been doing the last four months. Safety studies have start dates, milestones, data. Completion dates. Results. Submitting that data to the FDA is a big deal. Preclinical yields a ton of information, all of which is pertinant to shareholders.

It's okay to be an angry shareholder. Especially if you believe in the company.
