With all due respect, what information of value would you really think BMSN will legally be able to tell you? You will get a generic non specific answer which was posted here the other day in response to rbball's email to Regen on Friday, yes, just this past Friday:

"At the current time our intentions are to fulfill the deadlines as stated in previous releases."
