The companies are currently negotiating a second amendment to a previously executed agreement to reaffirm and restructure their commitments to the effective and efficient development of the Cobre Panama project

Couldn't be more clearer that negotiating is still taking place.

''could not be clearer,no total sale of company,no cash payout to shareholders''-WORST NEWS POSSABLE for the shareholders.

any deal that keeps the EXISTING management that got us INTO this MESS ,only ENSURES MORE OF THE SAME

Agree, disagree, yap all you want-doesn't matter-the MARKET's evaluation is ALL THAT COUNTS-and NO-its NOT ''positive''

I will be VOTE NO and let the chips fall where they may.
THANK GOODNESS I took my PROFITS when they SOLD Copper-its been DOWNHILL ever since[check the chart-its NOT lying, and it tells you ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW] ,all we have to show for the ''huge opportunity'' is MASSIVE DILUTION-being IGNORED by the mining community[they've seen it all before]and a SHAREPRICE that CRASHED

heck of a deal....for those in the feeding chain, now watch for an announcement of more EQUITY FINANCING[a FINDERS FEE will be paid] and MORE dilution...

I refer you to the portion of your statement about voting no and how the result will cause the company to fold. This is the problem in the first place. How did your personal friend Richard let the company to be driven into the ground in the first place. What happened to all these fantastic people PTQ brought on board to catapult the company into space. Up until tnis point, PTQ is like a scud missle doing a nose dive and will only escape disaster by an outside source.

Here is the scary part.... How long will it take them to end up in the same position we currently exist today ????
I bet not very long.
