I refer you to the portion of your statement about voting no and how the result will cause the company to fold. This is the problem in the first place. How did your personal friend Richard let the company to be driven into the ground in the first place. What happened to all these fantastic people PTQ brought on board to catapult the company into space. Up until tnis point, PTQ is like a scud missle doing a nose dive and will only escape disaster by an outside source.

Here is the scary part.... How long will it take them to end up in the same position we currently exist today ????
