Hemp contains much more CBD, often 6-15 percent CBD with no to little thc on average than marijuana. Hemp is also legal in all 50 states unlike marijuana.

You are incorrect. The Feds and pharmaceutical companies will go for legal hemp and the best producer of cbd which is MJNA and their hemp products.

that "probably" is a horribly uninformed sentiment that no one but the people at kannalife and MJNA have enough experience to know. One. the legal outlook on charlottes web and other marijuana strains is very hazy. Yes they will be legal one day, but in many states that is easily 5-7 years away. Even if the fed removes all legal restricitions many states like VA and other southern states will keep legal blocks on pot for as long as they can. And many other countries will for a while. So we are developing the exact same CBD but without THC holding us back. IMO.

More importantly. What does everyone think of note 6 in these financials about RDH? The 1.45 mil is the money that has brought about the arbitration correct? Does the mgt. statement here suggest that they still think everything will go smoothly and they will be able to transfer the money to dixie and retain ownership?
