One. the legal outlook on charlottes web and other marijuana strains is very hazy. Yes they will be legal one day, but in many states that is easily 5-7 years away. Even if the fed removes all legal restricitions many states like VA and other southern states will keep legal blocks on pot for as long as they can. And many other countries will for a while. So we are developing the exact same CBD but without THC holding us back. IMO.

More importantly. What does everyone think of note 6 in these financials about RDH? The 1.45 mil is the money that has brought about the arbitration correct? Does the mgt. statement here suggest that they still think everything will go smoothly and they will be able to transfer the money to dixie and retain ownership?
