The Apple - LQMT Agreement prohibits LQMT from receiving funds from Engel for any sale of Engel machines to Apple for Apple's use of the LM technology.

Apparently LQMT can receive royalties on the sale of Engel machines to LQMT licensees in non-CE applications, according to the post of Dec 13, 2013. Whether that came from the original LQMT Engle agreement or later, I don't know. The person who posted it on iHub:LQMT does. It does not supersede the Apple-LQMT Agreement which prohibits the attachments of any rights to any LM associated properties provided to Apple by arrangements that LQMT may have with LQMT partners who may happen to be suppliers to Apple. That goes for both Materion and Engel. The former in terms of ingots and the latter in the form of forming equipment.

I posted a link here to the 149 page LM-Apple MTA last week. LQMT may not encumber anyone including their partners with fee-royalites for said partners sales of anything LM related.
