That Spanish Facebook post was summarizing an article published in the ARMS INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL No. 18 (March 2014) at http://www.revistarmasinternacional.com/
The article is at:
http://www.revistarmasinternacional.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=284:3-sistema-virtra-simulador-de-tiro-y-combate&catid=93:optica-y-optronica&Itemid=616

I cant get the full article text, but the blurry jpg file does have the numbers 700 and 100 million in the first column. If someone can read spanish they may be able to "Human OCR" the blurry article.

Unless something spectacular has happened, I'm guessing that those numbers represent the potential market available for sales.
$100M / 700 = $142,000 for each simulator.

Which would be this contract with the ARMY signed in October 2013 with a completion date of 9-16-2014

Which goes back to a post i did a while ago where the army did a cognitive stress study with the threat fire belts.
