...fdic classifies all of its settlement agreements as STIPULATIONS..............see the Ambase STIPULATION.......and there are a lot of clues to something weird going on behind the scenes re: UWBKQ BK - - just saying....

Weighing the merits of genius vs insanity always brings Jonathan Winters to mind... constantly in and out of mental institutions. However, on this board I see it more as playing both sides of the fence. Saying this is assuredly a lost cause, then later rumors of a proposed $ amount on pps just screams "look at me."

Its funny --after the Tyson debacle the BK judge Campbell ordered that the trustees be furnished with a copy of the stipulation.??

If there is a stipulation ( secret agreement ) would the lawyers for either party make reference to it. NOT

Being that the word stipulation is used in filings from the court, can we be sure that there is only one , and that it deals with attorney fees ONLY.

Why would our trustee agree to pay Stagecoach when there are claimants that have secured claims ahead of them??????
