Can you imagine the backlash, if they pay this and the claimants ahead of them in the waterfall do not get paid?

At least on the same percentage of pay/claim.

Another case many of us are familiar with. - one class gets paid "x" amount if their total claim is less than $500. (Pled it was less costly to get these out of the way)
All of that class is now guaranteed to be paid at least at that same rate.

Make sense?
