...fdic classifies all of its settlement agreements as STIPULATIONS..............see the Ambase STIPULATION.......and there are a lot of clues to something weird going on behind the scenes re: UWBKQ BK - - just saying....

...I/WE believe UWBKQ shareholders will be WIPED OUT.....actually, already are..........I just like fairy tales.........and as for a genius being THE western united nut.......probably is..........
