there is no reason the stock should fall to single digits once the deal is closed and they take care of their debt especially that of Deustche that is really affecting negatively our working capital since it is being clasified as a current liability all the gold that isnt being delivered. The money they will recieve from FQ are for concesiones that arent reflected in the stock price. Think about it FQ is paying problably north of 50M just for concesiones that arent contribuiting EPS to our bottom line. Its not like they are selling assets on the balance sheet for that capital or diluting the shareholder for an equity stake. On the contrary lowering the debt with that cash raises shareholder equity by the same amount.
The one part of your post that you got right is the part about no one caring. That's especially true concerning shareholders. There's been absolutely no concern in that regard for years.
The Company may HAVE to stay dormant if they can't get enough money to move forward. What other alternative do they have if they can't borrow from another source? NONE. The only way they can move forward will be if the POG moves up and the speculative money comes back into the GOOD juniors and that may take a couple of years. Them being credible enough to even get financing may still be an issue.
