JAL just trying to point out simple accounting. They are supposedly selling " rights " that are not on our balance sheet. What is on is alot of debt especially the 25.8M that was classified as a Current portion of derivate obligation as current liability. That alone represents .10c on balance sheet. 25.8/261M shares diluted and doesnt include any other debt that is canceled.
