Wade on SH made a good point about the part of the PR that should really stand out........

" Agreement was not reached by the end of February 2014 as previously indicated but all parties are now hopeful that if the negotiations are successful it will be during March 2014"

Seriously, that does not sound very reassuring what so ever. I guess this deal is coming down to hope and dreams.
