Personally, I'm open to any of those events if it will move the sp further up. More than likely though, it will probably be some kind of deal for more aggregate work IMO.
We've got the tools and equipment already in place. FQ knows their leash is getting shorter on MPSA construction completion. I think they'll want PTQ to work longer getting aggregate for them in exchange we get some kind of cash infusion to stave off creditors.
I would like to see some sort of JV that's beneficial to all. Something that would ensure PTQ's future solvency and hopefully pay most of their debt down. I know that's asking a lot, but if they did a JV that would at least tell us FQ won't be looking to take them out and would work with them in possible future endeavors. More aggregate and more work at CP would most likely follow.
