I might be wrong but it sure looks like PTQ has ALREADY been very ''beneficial'' to MrFifer and his friends,generous remuneration, company perks and expense accoun[all from a company that looks like it can't pay the bills or even meet the payroll]-why in the world would he WILLINGLY cut that off?
