You may be right. However, I had been led to believe by some earlier posters that there were some significant shareholders posting here. If so, then you are wrong in your assumptions.

Going after the personal assets of scammers is something that can be done and it can be lucrative. You just need a strong client with a strong lawyer, not one of the class action sharks who do everything "cookie cutter style." Scammers tend to leave open doors through which asset transactions can be traced.

Not saying that is the case here, just suggestions if there are any shareholders whose holdings were significant enough to seek some advice from lawyers.
