Suing these guys is going to be a waste of time and effort.
no attorney worth his salt is going to take it on a contingency basis ... there will be nothing left to get when all said and done. No stock holder that has already lost thousands on this company is going to piss more money down this rat hole paying an attorney to try and get his/her money back when the reality is most of it has already gone up ziggy's nose or someplace else equally unrecoverable.
Complaints to the SEC are gong to be nonproductive as far as I am concerned with the possible exception that maybe the guy won't be able to do it again to another group of naive investors.
As with most message boards, talk of sec complaints and hiring attorneys, is a lot of gnashing of teeth and beating of breast and really nothing more. I lost a bundle on this one, and I learned some very difficult and expensive lessons. Maybe it saved me a more expensive mistake in the future.
