J.R., just a note of
appreciation for taking the time to do some on-site DD. You, Beam, LYN and a few others have went out of your way to share info that most of us would have to spend days and weeks to confirm. I have stuck with vape all the way through but I feel that SPLI is going to outshine and out perform vape, at least in the short term.

It all looks good to me. The revenues- the share structure - The market Vapor Group is in- the products they sell- And from watching the trading the last 2 weeks others see what I see.

I've been playing shells for the last 3 years for exactly this type of opportunity. I've heard of these type of merger plays before- so far so good.
