All this and we aren't even mining in a targeted area yet.

Thanks inmine for the knowledge.

I unfortunately have to agree with your assessment of the "progress" at the Ruby. Quite awhile ago there was a toll milling agreement pr'er that seems to have resulted in nothing. That was to be a good opportunity to "fine tune" the mill operation and hopefully produce some $ to offset costs. Now its "we really didn't sample much of anything". When I saw the picture posted of the initial 15 tons I thought "this stuff looks like crap", and that's the way it turned out :( So we gotta hope the pace will pick up and the sampling is of material from the target gravels.

IDK, but somehow NBRI is #39 on the breakout boards.

One of these days when I see NBRI there, maybe it'll finally be the increase in share price that put us there. I'm still in looking forward to the Black Channel...but I agree with your mining assessment, as Hill put it unfortunately. Hopefully we get past hobby house mining and into world class production!
Go NBRI

There's a piece of the puzzle missing:

They need to produce 20 ounces per week consistently to break-even.

I don't have 40 years of mining experience but I noticed that you left out an important component to your argument, what is the price of gold.....are the 20 ounces at rare's favorite $800 amount or is this at today's current $1325 price.

If the POG keeps on going up, the amount of gold that NBRI needs to break even diminishes.

Thanks Inmine. there's a lot of hot 'gas' being expelled here. Good to have a 'solid' opinion with real 'weight.' LOL I agree that we should have been able to process more and faster than we have, bwtfdik. maybe I'm adding to the gas.

Inmine I sent your post to the CEO and he says you are right that it only takes a few hours to wash the stuff. He says the bulk sample processing was completed at the end of the shift on Thursday and the concentrate would not be cleaned until the start of the next shift on Monday. Instead of waiting until next week to complete the clean up and then make an announcement he wanted to get the news out as soon as possible because so many people were calling about it and waiting for it. As he put it damned it you do and damned if you dont. He also said that if you need work to submit a resume. LOL!
