If you watch the presentation we are mining a gravel bed 0'-4' thick. However we have to blast out 7'-8' of material to leave enough room to mine. So in any given area 50%-100% of the blasted material may not be the gold bearing gravel. This is why its important not to place judgment off of one sample that contains less than .5% of the gravel in this section.
I unfortunately have to agree with your assessment of the "progress" at the Ruby. Quite awhile ago there was a toll milling agreement pr'er that seems to have resulted in nothing.
That is true hillz. Who knows what happened to that deal? One thing is for certain, PR's are not Gospel Truth by any stretch of the imagination.
According to NBRI, the Fraser was commencing in October 2012. That is what the PR said.
Hopefully you used more than your limited knowledge of mining the Ruby to determine it looked like crap. Cuz that aint getting it. Imo it was alluvial material and could have been good or bad based on appearance but i used my DD which is probably the best here to determine its probably values. True, The white channel is not a primary target but it is a (and the first and most accessible) target we have to sample and we will sample it more before we make a decision to or not to mine it all the time moving forward accessing our primary targets. Can't wait till we hit the black channel folks! Gltya
