Maybe he has enough integrity to answer truthfully..
From the eSign headcount at conferences, and their seniority I would guesstimate the headcount cost at >>600K, and the dev cost if believed at 600K then eSign cost of operation would be >>1.2M
conferences, travel etc would take that to ~ 1.6 million in my estimates.
