Well I think we can safely take anything SKS said on any conf call with a large grain of salt. History has proved at the very least that he was ...well to put it mildly somewhat out of touch with the reality on the ground. Maybe it's time to ask the questions again of Solms. Maybe he has enough integrity to answer truthfully..
From the eSign headcount at conferences, and their seniority I would guesstimate the headcount cost at >>600K, and the dev cost if believed at 600K then eSign cost of operation would be >>1.2M
conferences, travel etc would take that to ~ 1.6 million in my estimates.
