What if shares were used to pay debt and have yet to hit the market? Wouldn't they be considered part of the float if they're not restricted?

This is just my personal opinion but I think someone is in big trouble, and is trying to create a mass exodus in order for them to buy at the extreme bottom.

Im going to hold and see how this all pans out maybe buy a bit more in the morning, add everything up together and this could be a Monster of an opportunity :)
