You are correct. The OTC Markets Public Float update number of 4,593,002,421 for STBV was obviously incorrect. No chance that there were an extra 4,444,000,000 shares added to the float since then. Not even half of that has even traded since.

Dilution can only occur at a rate no greater than 10% of the total O/S per round. Even if they diluted every single day since November 18 and every single share traded was a diluted share, it still falls very short of that update number.

Never seen such an egregious error like that before. I have noticed that Market Maker: BMAK has been gaming this stock since at least last Thursday (February 6) trading back and forth manipulating the bid/ask spread.
