Are you sure they aren't busy cleaning up the company, opening up the books and inviting JP and his group over to negotiate an amiable change of control????
You seem to be very cynical about their intentions.
These guys are probably burning the midnight oil trying to please the shareholders as any BOD worth their salt would.
Am I missing something here? What happened to giving people the benefit of the doubt?
In fact, I'll bet that REM is trying to come clean even though he was innocent, and as a gesture of good faith he is trying to surrender his shares. He is probably with Licastro right now encouraging him to do the same!!!
The most interesting thing is that Andy Reckles is detailing his and Palisades involvement in the whole mess to the SEC as I type this.
These guys are on our side and have been from the beginning. We have just been too hard on them to recognize what they are trying to do for us.
This should all come out right after the big board meeting tomorrow morning. If it weren't for these guys I would have started to lose faith in investments in BB stocks...especially those on the pinks.
