Let me repeat, and this is a FACT (IMO....lol). The BOD is doing NOTHING right now, they are NOT working for the shareholders, they are NOT working for the benefit of WH, they are NOT working for the benefit of the restructuring team, they are ONLY working to minimize the consequences they may suffer if they F**k this up any more! They are panicking at this point and have been for months that the MAN is gonna get them as well. So don't be confused anymore, the BOD for all intents and purposes does NOT exist. Yes, you can take this to the bank (and your clients)!
