So firing the first restructuring team was just a Board of Directors whim? Rumor had it was because the restructuring team fired the president of one of the divisions. Are the shareholder factions so adversarial that they cannot muster 10% of the voting interests to call a shareholders meeting to throw the incompetent and impotent out? Or is it that they cannot agree on a new board? Isn't the annual meeting suppose to be in May? Seems we have enough clowns to form a circus.
