Why did it take so long (August 2013 to February 2014) to deliver the material to BNS? Is it because LWLG had not yet perfected the NEW synthesis process? And if so, why even issue the original PR back in August 2013 when LWLG did not have the present ability to provide BNS with adequate material? There may be a very good explanation but again there are these apparent gaffes which allow too much to be "lost in translation".
