Without getting fancy this is step one, the initial dollars have exchanged hands, nothing big. I'm not sure how long you've been around but here read this, It is just a step, z even says it.

There are different phases to this, I think it is phase 3 is where the bigger money flows, but as I pointed out Z's press release is past tense, we gave them the stuff, they gave us a little money so LWLG Has To Report it, it is the rules.
