I just can't say yet... If the next level agree's with the review it would appear they have circled the wagons.

As I suggested a couple of weeks ago, we should all be working on Congressional letters to open the FDA up to full Criminal & Civil litigation...not just FTCA.

I do know if the FDA chooses to litigate CDER will get the proper cleaning that's been due since they killed thousands with Vioxx.
