This litigation effort is not going to get you anywhere; focus on the following:

1) Appeal w/w-out follow-up meetings w/FDA; possible modification of ANCHOR SPA.
2) REDUCE-IT results, interim/final and timing, especially for interim.
3) Amarin cash flow/funding of REDUCE-IT; will they continue or not.
