I appreciate the heads up:

One of the restaurant owners says that some out-of-state customers
aren't familiar with CFS -- "A few ask for it medium-rare, and
we have to explain that it just doesn't work that way."

I would have had no clue... not that I'll ever go to Texas, but that's handy to know. Thanks.

The Broken Spoke is hanging tough....they refused to be bought out by the Corp. developers....they are now surrounded by 4-5 story condos....great little live music/dance venue....I've not tried their CFS.
