I too use Guarded ID. Mine is tied to windows seven, and I cannot say for sure it is flawless. I haven't been able to do some of the basic things I use to do since install. I cannot however, say that Guarded ID is the reason for this. I did try to download to another unit with windows 8 and was unsuccessful. I like having it on my one unit, but I am not sure it is without issues.

Insofar as SFOR's corporate success or lack thereof, I have often wondered if there were technical reasons why their procuct wasn't being bought. While my limited experience with computers and software prevents me from declaring this as a real reason for it's lack of traction in the market, it remains in the back of my mind as a real possibility.

I do know that there were some technical issues with the Comcast scenerio, but there were some attempts to rectify them. Not sure if there were reasons besides those submitted by SFOR for White Sky's breach of contract.

I will concur with you that there is definitely a problem with SFOR's marketing approach. I am just not sure if it is because the the lack of interest with the open market that SFOR's resorts to third party distributors in the business scenario. I know that SFOR's defends their approach to sales.

Unfortunately, the bottom line is determined by revenuse, and SFOR is unable to generate them for reasons yet to be determined. I can say that their efforts towards securing patents drastically improved when Blank Rome took charge of securing them.

While I think Blank Rome brings a good thing to SFOR's side, I am afraid that for the common share holder it may be a little too late. As far as the revenue necessary to drive PPS up, it is in my opinion a dollar short and a day too late. Their is just a lot of dilution that needs redeeming, and the money will not be there.
