The fact that they actually expect a decision by the end of 2014 is great news. Litigation has simply taken too long with little end in sight.

Are you implying that IDCC was never flexible? I thought that IDCC ALWAYS offered FRAND rates in an attempt to get all of those bad guys to sign!
