The fact that they actually expect a decision by the end of 2014 is great news. Litigation has simply taken too long with little end in sight.

Huawei likely gets the inclusion of Signal Trust. Maybe Nokia, ZTE, Samsung, etc better hurry before they lose the Signal Trust option. Still feel there were some good things in the ITC opinion. jmo

binding arbitration that will take a year?

I think this is great, but we are still waiting for a year to get it resolved and start seeing money from it.

Not looking to be the cold water on this, but aren't people bothered that this wont get resolved for another year and how many things can go wrong by then?

We are talking about Charlie brown here (idcc!!!)
