#41891 RE: The Paraclete #41889

Paraclete, I agree completely re the association across the patents. I and others have put forth the bet that the odds for L-M to be a major (emphasis) component is in an iWatch, not an iPhone. However, it may prove that it is to be more of a rim-cap to a sapphire display that wraps almost all the way around the wrist. However, the L-M would be the only visible metallic piece. It may be used on the under side of the wrist-device to connect the ends of the sapphire band if they are more of an adjustable or springy partial band. The same area on the underside of the wrist might be where some e-compents are house.

Could also be that the L-M is a complete substrate backing that circumvents completely or mostly the wrist, and the display is atop it. The clear sapphire is not the display itself. The glass covers the thin display layer, and the L-M substrate would be behind that. Presumably there is space needed somewhere for some processing and other physical connections as well. This is close to the sapphire wrap patent just revealed, but my point was that many materials were mentioned, but not L-M, and also that the Jack Purcher patentlyapple article was either patently deceiving (one wonders what the motives were/are), or just plain silly.
