The Board of Directors will announce a comprehensive dividend policy properly aligned with the Company's cash flow expectations and cash balances on or before February 20, 2014.

I wouldn't be surprised if this means that we are going to see quarterly dividends or similar, maybe starting already after 2Q this year, good!

Could it have something to do with the new bond?

Lets hope that is the primary reason for this setup and that we with this new company are able to finalize things that didn't work out otherwise, I guess we then could interpret it like that there is real interest out there to finance us :-)!
I really don't see big opportunities for us in "sales and trading of agriculture and aquaculture products".
