I spoke to the CEO this AM as well. He could only say that everything was moving forward and he does have a very positive outlook on things. What makes you think that they could end up in court ??? It seems from the DD I have done that everything they say would happen (PR'd) has happened. This appears to be a very ligitamate company IMO. It also appears to me as if their business plan of providing discounted drugs to the US and other countries is working out very well and when it takes off it could be big time. That is just my opinion because everybody knows the risk in pink sheet companies. That is why if, or when, they do move to a major exchange as planned this could really be a great company. Being a fully reporting company would also eliminate alot of risk. All just IMO. GLTA
