I finally got thru to the CEO. He seemed very excited but this a risky stock IMO since it could end up in court battles whether what they are doing is legal. Call the transfer agent. 303-262-0600 - I think thats the number for Computershare. There are over 180 M shares outstanding but the float is 12.5 M like you said, most of the shares are restricted. I also checked the delware Corporate site and they did in fact register with Delaware. I think we will have much of the same here until March. I'd like to see more solid facts on the revenue, the website is confusing and uninformative IMO
