I recommend reading actual DD concerning the matter, the S7 has continuosly filed for an economic hardship exemption since 2000 in making the S7 compliant to NHTSA standards. They have cited the R&D costs as the ongoing concern for application of such an exemption. The NHTSA no longer allows them to file for any further exemptions and thus why the car is no longer produced. They would have to find prospective buyers to eat the initial R&D costs along with the production costs of a new S7.

No his history is not relevant and as I stated it doesn't pay the bills. The point is everything I stated is factual and is the current financial condition of this company disclosed in public documents.

There a lot of companies in distress, but this one has leveraged everything including his name at this point leaving nothing but toxic financing at this point.. Good luck.
