You make it up as you go? Didn't you see the front loading for the last 2 years? Huge blocks while no one was watching. Look at the volume chart. Obviously some group loaded and waited it out.

I believe your post was about the form 4 - which deals with non-convertible preferreds. As for whatever portion of the A/S and O/S may have been issued at par value... I have looked at posts and SS on this thing going back 10 years... this company hasn't issued shares in AGES. Also, if the float was secured by some group and they are now unloading... then new shareholders are taking full advantage and locking those shares for higher gains here imo... GLTY

You are trying to make something where there is nothing... everyone sees this, ACDU is a sound investment until proven otherwise and you haven't proven otherwise.

You look like you are grasping at straws, the A/S is sound with little to no dilution, ACDU has not diluted in years and are not diluting now. (look at the SS)

ACDU has submitted filings for all appropriate transaction... Why would you try to find a conspiracy when OBVIOUSLY there is none?

Do you have some reason to try to tarnish the company name by pulling out conspiracy theories that are just outrageously silly?

No buts, what ifs, or maybe they are... Look at the fillings and the share structure, what you are saying just isn't logical.

All in my opinion.

5mm restricted common shares were purchased in 2008 by My Pleasure. After the forward, those commons became 500mm. My Pleasure retired them and turned them into preferred shares, restricted, which were the block sold to Abraham Blauvelt. Those restricted preferreds are non-convertible and 144 restricted. They can't be traded.

ACDU does own a few common shares that it bought on the open market and filed the SEC forms for them.
