Amanda- you are right. I heard a few shareholders were asked for 50k to supposedly be used to pay Hop-On's delinquent business license, transfer agent, and to do a reverse split. About that amount was used, but it didn't go to Hop-On, Inc.

Have a good weekend, everyone! And remember, no drinking and driving...Especially if you don't have a drivers license ;)

It looks like Peter Michaels purchased patent # US8427305 (a Global positioning satellite [GPS] based recovery device) on March 13, 2013 from Thomas Jefferies. This was done using Hop-on Properties, a Delaware corporation.

I wonder if this will benefit Hop-on Inc. (Nevada) shareholders? I also wonder how much was spent for this patent, why it was purchased, and where Michaels got the money for this purchase?

I wonder why Hop-on Properties was set up in Delaware to begin with? It is not tied to Hop-on Inc.

Is Michaels no longer using Hop-on Inc. as a way to avoid something?

This smells for sure and IMO was done to mislead and screw over Hop-on Inc. shareholders. You can count on this!

Geez, I wonder if this patent is still owned by Hop-on properties or did it go somewhere else as part of a bigger scam??????

More to come I'm sure!
