I wonder if Michaels is involved in other activities outside of HPNN which shareholders are funding and are not aware of?

Michaels did that with his Green Frog and his USACig scam business.

He took money from HPNN shareholders and used the funds to enter into other scam business ventures which HPNN shareholders found out about later and did not benefit from. Only Michaels benefited by selling businesses from and to himself.

On second thought I don't wonder. I'm positive this is happening.

Shareholders are doomed here. Kiss your money goodbye. It's long gone!
