Applying for a name change was probably cheaper than renewing with Nevada IMO. And yes I have seen name changes and transfering the company to another company. Nice post BTW at least it is a inquisitive question, not some rant about PM! Eventually PM will get everything situated with OTC markets like it is a new company taking over the public shell that was hop on inc of Nevada.

The Delaware corporation was incorporated on March 5, 2013. Apogee was formed on March 27, 2013, it is an LLC. Interesting.
