I also believe that Finra was given what they required and they will make the right decision.

If MIKP were to be reinstated to the pinks, the DTC chill will automatically be lifted again.

I think within a day or two we'll be back trading above .002 on high volume. I wouldn't mind if Mark needed to sell 1 or 2million shares a day to fund new projects. It would hardly make a dent, and those projects would contribute to the bottom line going forward.

I also wouldn't mind converting some of my commons to preferreds for the long haul.

Great post and DD, thanks for sharing. I just read your post now, please excuse me as I have been focused on my other two holdings.

Like I have said before, we have not come this far and spent so much time and effort from all parties involved to say no. It could have been said a long time ago if it was needed to be done.

Actually completely incorrect. Finra does not have to let anything trade. Mark lied and always will lie and they likely know this. They will just keep rewording the questions and finally stupid Mark and his MMer will figure out they are never ever trading this scam again.

FINRA can either ask questions regarding those 2 questions that were answered but it seems they cant say "no". At some point FINRA will ultimately say yes

Spoke to Mark today and there is not any new developments.
Mark re-iterated that FINRA could come back any day now, perhaps even tomorrow.

Buy em while they are cheap. Cheap in my opinion is anything in triple digits. After that it could move to single digits like .01, just like that. HEE HEE! There could be a few new millionaires on the board.

Maybe it is better that the MIKP run doesn't happen until 2014 as a lot of us would be off the hook tax wise for at least 2013.
