Well what you assume and reality are two totally different things. Why would the company be issuing shares if there is currently a buyback ongoing.

Let me spread some education.

Wialan has received several inquiries regarding the possibility of a reverse split. As we stated in a previous press release, Wialan Technologies never considered that option, it was included in the language of the merger merely as a possibility.

Furthermore, we recommend that investors only take information about Wialan from our public releases. Please note that the internet is notorious for lies and rumors, especially on anonymous message boards.
